2009 Aquaculture at the National Level

Dr. Michael Rubino is the Director of NOAA's Aquaculture Program, and he joined the 2009 Virginia Aquaculture Conference to talk about the upcoming national policy for marine aquaculture. In this movie, Rubino introduces the rationale and goal of the upcoming policy, which is due out Spring 2010. As of February 17, 2010, the policy is not available for public comment.
